We are accepting online (via Google Forms) and hard copy applications. Please complete ONE of the two formats to apply for the Lunalilo Scholars Program. As a reminder, every application must be accompanied by a referral.  Examples of a Referrer are teachers, counselors, coaches, social workers, advocates, pastors or mentors.  Referrals cannot be from parents, relatives or friends. All the forms can be found below.
